
Founded in 1999, Absolutely Organized Professional Organizing Service works with individuals and small business owners in the Baltimore Metropolitan and Morristown, New Jersey areas.We help our clients organize their paperwork, possessions, financial records and time. We specialize in helping to bring hope, confidence and freedom to people in crisis.
We provide "side-by-side" organizing assistance in person, personal bookkeeping using Quicken and QuickBooks, and by phone with PowerlineSM Organizational Coaching by Phone. Our organizers teach our clients the skills that will enable them to lead more organized lives. As a result of their organizing sessions with Absolutely Organized's professional organizers, our clients gain more control over their homes and offices. Our clients report reduced stress levels, homes and offices that are easier to maintain and having more time to do the things that are of most value to them.
Katherine Trezise is the founder and President of Absolutely Organized. In 2007 Kathy was part of the first group of professional organizers to earn the designation of Certified Professional Organizer®. She has also been awarded the designation of Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization® by the Institute for Challenging Disorganization.
Kathy holds specialist certificates in Chronic Disorganization and Attention Deficit Disorder from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization.
Kathy is a graduate of The Coach Approach for Organizers© training program.
She is a frequent speaker on organizing at community and non-profit events, and at international professional organizing conferences.
Kathy holds a B.A. in Psychology from McDaniel College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University Maryland. She has had many years of organizing experience in retail and association management, as well as numerous community, church, and volunteer positions.
Kathy is President of the Institute for Challenging Disorganization. She is a Golden Circle member of the National Association of Professional Organizers and a founding member of the NAPO-Baltimore Chapter.
Kathy resides in Flanders, New Jersey with her husband. She has an adult son and daughter.
JoAnne Cianfichi has been a professional organizer with Absolutely Organized since 2006. She specializes in home organization, working with the chronically disorganized, senior downsizing, and home move organization. She has successfully completed courses in Residential Organizing and Chronic Disorganization (CD) from the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). JoAnne has received the following three Certificates of Study from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD): Basic Mental Health Conditions and Challenges Affecting the CD Client, Basic ADD Issues with the CD Client, and Basic Hoarding Issues with the CD Client. JoAnne has also earned the designations of Chronic Disorganization Specialist and Hoarding Specialist from the ICD.
JoAnne is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.S. degree in Medical Technology. JoAnne is Secretary of the NAPO-Baltimore Chapter, a subscriber of ICD, and a NAPO Golden Circle member.

An organizer was born in 1999 when JoAnne's family moved to Brussels, Belgium for 3 years. She had a crash course in moving organizational skills. Organizing the contents of an entire house to go storage, plane, boat, donation, and trash can be overwhelming! But the move went smoothly and everyone found what they needed when they unpacked on the other side of the ocean.
JoAnne resides in Timonium, Maryland with her husband and 2 adult children. She enjoys helping clients organize their homes so they can relax, find peace of mind, and enjoy their lives.
Jenny Power, professional organizer and Absolutely Organized's office manager, joined Absolutely Organized in August, 2006. She specializes in personal bookkeeping, small businesses, daily money management, home budgeting, home office organization, and paper management. Jenny has successfully completed courses in Residential Organizing, Business Organizing, and Understanding the Emotional Challenges with the Chronically Disorganized (CD) client from the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). Jenny has also successfully completed the Certified QuickBooks User Program and is a Certified QuickBooks® User. She can computerize household financial records with Quicken®.
Jenny is a graduate of Towson University with a B.S. in Business Administration Management. Previously, Jenny worked as a Financial Analyst in the healthcare industry and as a Junior Accountant in Employee Benefits for the Baltimore County Board of Education.
Jenny resides in Freeland, Maryland with her husband and two sons.
Lisa Poist, professional organizer, joined the company in February 2011. She specializes in personal bookkeeping, daily money management, office organizing and home organization. Lisa has successfully completed NAPO's Residential Organizing course. Lisa can also assist with wedding day coordination.
Lisa comes to Absolutely Organized with 23 years of experience as office manager for her family's business, North Point Automotive, Inc. She is proficient in all office procedures, including financial software, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and sales tax reports. Lisa also founded her own business, Pina Colada, LLC, which manufactures and sells women's accessories.
Lisa resides in Timonium, Maryland and is married with two adult children.
